HCG Clinic in NC or close by??

Will you please post to see if anyone is from NC and what clinics they have used and their results? I am debating on which to go to and the closest one is 3 hours away. Soooo, I want to make sure I pick one with good results and that works! Right now I am leaning toward Dr Hussein in Morganton (4 hours away) or Dr Holmes in Salisbury (3 hours away). I can find some old post recommending both of these but no new post on medhelp to find out anyones progress that uses either of them.
Thanks a bunch!

HCG Questions? 4

Mac needs your help here:

Maybe some of you can shed some light on this. I ordered Pregnyl 1500 IU and Pregnyl 5000 IU thinking that it would last for the 40 treatments at the 200units per treatment. The order was filled in Greece and sent to me in loose amps without the original manufacturer package. The order consisted of 2 loose amps - 1 for 1500 IU and 1 for 5000 IU, in addition to 2 Solvens at 1ml each. What I got certainly didn't match the product advertised on the website with the original manufacturer package which contained 3 amps and 3 solvens for each order. The interesting part is that both the 1500 IU amp and the 5000 IU amp that I received look exactly alike and have the same amount of powder in it. The 2 Solvens that I received also are also alike and contain 1ml water each.
Has anyone else experienced this? Shouldn't the 5000 IU be more powder than the 1500 IU?
Also, I was told that I can add more water to inject a lower dosage, i.e. 200units. Does anyone know how to get the same pregnyl solvens, could I get it at the pharmacy without a prescription? what size would I get? I also have syringes that go from 0.5 to 3ml - how would I measure 200units using these syringes?

HCG Posts - 2

Read the following email from Lisa:

Thought I would share this info...

I just got off the phone with Bodysolutions RX. Here is the scoop...
You talk with the doctor by phone for approx 30 minutes ($50.00 if you do not join the program) (if you do it is rolled over into the enrollment price)
Enrollment price is $795.00 for six weeks of injections and two follow up calls with the doctor after he receives your blood work.
Should you need to go for another six weeks for additional weight the cost would be around $400. That would cover six more weeks of injections and one follow up call with the dr. After that it would be around $140.00 for six weeks injections and you would not have to follow up with the doctor this time unless you had question.

All injections are sent frozen and premixed.

HCG Questions? 3

i saw a forum about hcg shots that you posted on
i just heard about these shots

can you give me any ideas where to look to get these

Ms. Celinda:

Caught your email address in a chat line for hcg. I’m desparately trying to find someone in the Dallas area that administers this therapy. Can you give me any more details as to how you secured your hcg and where I might turn to to procure the hcg injections. The chat line seemed to be unable to submit any more inquiries, something about the thread was closed on the chatline.

Found a weightloss clinic in Houston, but they said their injections were weekly, not daily, which is the way I understand it was originally intended. Can you enlighten me with your experience. I’ll be glad to pay for your time and referral.

Diane

Hi!

I'm new to this would you please tell me where you go to buy hCG, and amounts, really how to do it.

Have you lost weight?

I just bought the book The weight loss cures they don't want you to know about, he claims you need a doctor to get it and it's hard in the United States. He says he went to Germany and brought it back legally. I'd love to go to Germany but thats not happening.

Are you in the United States?

Reading your messages to each other sounds scary, not knowing how much, how to mix, when it goes bad. Can you please help with any confusion please.

Thanks!

Dora

Thanks for your help. I’ve gotten the adipex which is a generic for the Phentermine, I think. It helped some, but I have such a low metabolism it takes under 1000 calories to lose. And that’s with exercise. I was looking for the hcg solution to curing the problem with the hypalthalmus (spelling???), so that’s what I’m pursuing. Found a place in Houston, but you get the shots there once a week and that’s a long drive from dallas for a once a week visit. I’ll keep looking for an answer.

Thanks for your response.

Read the following emails from Warren:

Hi,

Please pardon me. I got your email address from weight loss forum on medhelp.com where you had posted it when asking for information. You were asking about how to lower a dosage of Pregnyl. That's my current question too. What can you tell me from you experience a year ago? What syringes did you use? How did you mix the hCG solution and make a lower dosage?

Thank you!

Warren

Hi Celinda,

Thank you for the info about Phentermine! I'll keep it mind, but I'm going to try Pregnyl first. I've got about 35 pounds to lose. Kevin Trudeau's new book details the use of hCG for weight loss. I believe that I've been able to figure out how to adjust the dosage myself. Essentially, a 1cc insulin syringe allows for adjusting between .10cc and 1cc. A 1500IU of Pregnyl is mixed with 10ml of the water solution. If .10cc is measured out with the insulin syringe, then there would be about 150IU in that shot (1500/10). It looks fairly straight forward now that I've (hopefully) figured it out! LOL

Again, thank you for responding!

Below is the online info that that helped me with the measuring "problem":

Warren
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Pregnyl (hCG) Administration Instructions:

The dosage of hcg I'm taking is 35IU twice a week, normally Mon and Thur... that isn't enough to cause any type of side effects, water retention or pregnancy. A much higher intake of hcg would be needed to increase your chances or pregnancy or multiple births.. don't let that scare you.

When I purchased it I got it in 10,000IU. It comes as a white powder with bactrostatic water. Using a syringe I mix the two together.. liquid into the solid. It dissolves easily and then keep it in the frig. Using insulin needles, either 27 or 29g by 1/2", I take .2ml twice a week. Let me know if this answered your questions. Good luck!! http://www.medhelp.org/forums/WeightLoss/messages/736.html

ORDER 29g by ½” Insulin needles at this website: http://www.atlanticmedsupply.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?Search=Yes
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring Instructions:

One cc is equal to one ml (milliliter); the two terms can be used interchangeably. Most syringes are marked "cc" while medication strengths are marked as milligrams per milliliter (mg/ml).

One cc syringes have markings showing tenths of a cc: .10 is one-tenth of a cc; 1.0 is one cc; these two measures are frequently confused. Some syringes do not show the decimal point and are marked 10, 20, 30 on up to 100. In this case, the 10 is one-tenth (.10) of a cc, and the 100 is one cc.

Some 1cc syringes are further divided, showing markings between the tenths (usually 5 short lines between the longer tenth lines). There are times when you will be required to administer .05 cc (not to be confused with .5 cc); even without the additional markings between the tenths, half ccs are easily visualized and drawn up. If you are required to pull up something less than a half cc, such as .32, then you would pull up the the first small line after the three-tenths (.30) line.

To fill a syringe, begin with the plunger pushed fully down. Insert the needle into the rubber cap of the vial of medication. Hold the vial upside down so that the syringe and needle are pointing towards the ceiling. Gently pull back the plunger to begin the flow of medication into the syringe. Draw slightly more than you need, then push the excess out by pushing the plunger back in; this will get rid of air bubbles that were drawn up from the vial. If you still see air bubbles in the syringe, hold it pointed toward the ceiling and flick or tap your finger against the side of the syringe; this forces the bubbles up toward the hub of the syringe and you can push the collected air out of the needle. If you need to draw up more medication to make the full dose, stick the needle back into the vial and draw what you need. When you are ready to administer the injection, make sure that the medication is flush up against and into the hub of the syringe. If the medication will not flow into the syringe, you will need to start with some air in the syringe. Before inserting needle into the bottle of fluid, draw back on the plunger to pull in .5 cc or so of air. After the needle is inserted into the fluid, push down on the plunger to transfer the air in the syringe into the bottle of fluid, then pull back and begin filling your syringe.

When you withdraw the needle, keep your finger on the entry point, then gently massage the area once the needle is out.

Hi there.

My name is Eddy. You dont know me, but I waslooking on the internet about HCG and ran across achat board that involved you and another person. The conversation was about HCG, and where you could obtainit on the net. I have been trying to get ahold of HCG for awhile for a problem that I am experiencing, but Idont know where to go to get it. My question is was the person you were talking to able to give you areputable internet site to obtain HCG. If so, would you mind passing that info to me. Im desperate and dont know where to go for help. Any advise you could offer me on how to get HCG would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks your friend Eddy.

Hi!
I saw your conversations about hCG shots on Medhelp.org.
My name is Lara (sorry, I don't know your name), I am 44 y.o. I've read a lot about how to use the shots with a diet, so now is looking for a safe place to buy it.
Found so many sites on Internet, so got really lost.

Please, help me out: let me know what is the good place to buy 30-day dosage hCG.
Yes, and what would be the right package dosage to buy.

Thank you,
Appreciate your help,
All the best,
Lara

HCG Questions? 1

We are going to start posting some questions here. Please feel free to reply if you know the answers.

I'm hoping you can answer some questions for me about hcg. I was recently on the diet and had great success. The doctor I got it from charged a fortune - so I ordered it online.

Like you stated, I did receive 10,000IU with the bactrostatic water and needles.

My confusion comes with the dosage. You stated to take .2ml twice a week. My needles are small diabetic- and only have the "units" listed. The needles hold 50units. How does this convert to ml?

How long do you recommend to stay on this? Previously, per the dr. that prescribed it - I did the shots (around 40-50units) 5 days a week - for 6 weeks.

Thanks,
Cindy

Hello,

I read your messages on medhelp and was wondering if you could help me. Inoticed that you received much info from a BLA on the site however she didnot give a direct e-mail. One of the messages states this,,,

"When I purchased it I got it in 10,000IU. It comes as a white powder withbactrostatic water. Using a syringe I mix the two together.. liquid into thesolid. It dissolves easily and then keep it in the frig. Using insulinneedles, either 27 or 29g by 1/2", I take .2ml twice a week. Let me know if this answered your questions. Good luck!!"

I have purchased HCG on the internet and received it yesterday. The onlywebsite I could find that would send without a prescription was from Greece. When I opened the package the info on the vials is in Greek. I have 3ampules containing 5000 IU of Pregnyl and 3 ampules of the bactrostaticwater.

BLA stated that she mixed the two together with a syringe and then keep infrig. My vials are glass and the top pops off, so my question is once thewater is mixed into the powder vial how is it stored?Do you draw up in syringe and store in frig, buy separate container withbactrostatic water and use that?

Have you started the injections? I read where the diet centers areinstructing to use 125 IU's per day or 250 IU every other day.

Any help or experience you can share will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Cindy

HCG Experiences

Please share your own experiences here.

I am glad we now have this site to chat about hCG. I found a doctor here that will allow me to try the Hcg shots for weight loss. I started my shots three days ago and so far so good. I feel that the meal plan that goes along with this diet is a bit restricting (500 calories per day). I guess the hCG releases 2000 calories of non structural fat into the body every day so your body in effect is getting 2500 calories a day. Giving the shots to myself was a bit scary at first but I am gaining confidence each time I do it. I hope this works as it is my last ditch effort before I go ahead and have weight loss surgery.

Thank you for let us know what is going on with you right now. If you don't mind can you tell us wich doctor you are seeing maybe someone is near your area and would like to have that information.

HCG With a Doctor or Yourself?

We all would like to know how you are doing. Tell us here what method you are following.

HCG Shots. Where can we find them?

If you are seeing a doctor where is it? Can you give us more information.

HCG What is it?

HCG stands for Human Choriogonadotropin. It is a substance secreted by the placenta and appears in the urine of pregnant women.
Most HCG used for weight control comes from horses. It is considered a "natural drug" with few side effects. Studies show that HCG is not effective in the treatment of obesity.
Many women taken this either by pill or injection and it works very well in conjunction with diet pills like Phenteramine, a good exercise program and restricted calorie intake. Like many diet plans, HCG works for some and not for others. There is always the risk that the weight will come back when you no longer take the meds.
Generally this diet should be administered by a physician and your progress monitored and not undertaken on your own. Always check with your PCP before starting any diet or exercise plan.

Active Life: 64 hours
Drug Class: Leutenizing Hormone (LH) - Gonadotropin
Average Dose: debatable
Acne: Yes
Water Retention: Yes
High Blood Pressure: Yes
Liver Toxic: No
Aromatization: No, but it will raise testosterone levels and increased aromatization may occur.

Chorionic gonadotropin is a hormone found in the female body during the early months of pregnancy (it is produced in the placenta). It is in fact the pregnancy indicator looked at by the over the counter pregnancy test kits, as due to its origin it is not found in the body at any other time. Blood levels of this hormone will become noticeable as early as seven days after ovulation. The level will rise evenly, reaching a peak at approximately two to three months into gestation. After this point, the hormone level will drop gradually until the point of birth. As a prescription drug, HCG offers us some interesting benefits. In the United States, we have the two popular brands, Pregnyl, made by Organon, and Profasi, made by Serono. These are FDA approved for the treatment of undescended testicles in young boys, hypogonadism (underproduction of testosterone) and as a fertility drug used to aid in inducing ovulation in women. When prepared as a medical item, this hormone comes from a human origin. Although there is often a fear of biological origin products, there is little research to be found regarding pathogen or sterility problems with HCG. The problems seen with human origin growth hormone are certainly not to be repeated with HCG, as this compound is obtained in a much different way.

• Use each needle and syringe only one time. With your medicine you will receive a puncture-proof container for used needles and syringes. If you do not receive a container, ask your pharmacist for one. Keep this container out of the reach of children and pets. Your pharmacist can tell you how to properly dispose of the container.

• To be sure this medication is helping your condition, your doctor will need to check you on a regular basis. It is important that you not miss any scheduled visits to your doctor.

• Some brands of HCG come in powder form with a separate liquid that you must mix together and draw into a syringe. Other brands are provided in single-dose prefilled syringes.

• Do not use the medication if it has changed colors or the liquid has any particles in it. Call your doctor for a new prescription.

Why a HCG Blog?

It has been a while since I started looking for HCG information.
Last year I visited a forum and asked for information leaving my email. I didnt get any accurate information back.
This month I started to get many emails requesting me any information I could have gotten at that time.
For those people and for the ones that are coming I would like this blog to be a place where everybody can find, share and read about HCG.

Thanks,

Celinda
